THE HELIER by Peddlethorp Architects
TEMPIO FK 16 INKJET SERIES
Technical surface to replicate natural stone and concrete.
Aged-cared and retirement living village in St Heliers for Oceania Healthcare. The Helier offers a lifestyle with luxury, independence and convenience, beautifully built curated spaces, hotel-like services and amenities that are second to none
An exterior palette of textured Italian porcelain tiles combined with locally sourced bronze-anodised weatherboards and rendered concrete finish have been selected for their warm, natural and rich qualities, reflecting the fabric of the surrounding neighbourhood. All balconies have been designed as fully glazed winter gardens to allow year-round use with openable roofs to the upper-level apartments.
The façade for The Helier was meticulously designed to enhance its luxurious appeal. The use of Tempio FK 16 Inkjet series in Tempio Canyon Cream provides a sophisticated and timeless aesthetic, aligning with the project’s objective of combining elegance with functionality.
Peddlethorp Architects, in collaboration with Argon and The Tile People, ensured that the façade not only meets the highest standards of quality and durability but also complements the overall design ethos of the project. The result is a stunning architectural masterpiece that stands as a testament to exceptional design and execution.
